Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of being placed. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Support team as soon as possible with your order number.

If your cancellation request is received within the 24-hour cancellation window, your order will be canceled and, if payment has already been processed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

After 24 Hours

Once 24 hours have passed after your order is placed, your order will be considered confirmed and may already be in processing or preparation for shipment. For this reason, we are unable to guarantee cancellations after the 24-hour period.

If your order has already been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled. In such cases, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for available options after delivery.
