At Maplecrest Home, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the following conditions.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that your financial institution may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Items returned after the 30-day return period

  • Products not in their original condition
